It could be an alternative for short application’s life cycle, from inception to support, in a streamlined and collaborative way.

  • Collaborative scope management (most relevant requirements). Plan and previous agreement before start but not rigid. It avoid “all you can eat“ syndrome;

  • More flexibility, backlog, trade-off , capacity (people), time management  and event (compelling, release windows) management;
